Assignment description

We are hiring an administrative coordinator to work at one of our clients within the Automotive industry.

We’re looking for a person who can complete our client HR & Office team as an administrative coordinator.

Your various administrative tasks

HR administration such as

o Manage HR mail inbox

o Consultant, headcount and FTE reporting

o Communication and coordination with payroll

o Confirmation letters and agreements

o MBL minutes of meeting

o Etc.

Translations Chinese/English

Create and coordinate purchase requests

Manage supplier agreements

Egencia (travel agency) administration

Travel booking and administration

Plan, book and coordinate events, meetings and visits

Create and prepare presentations

Facility and office coordination

Routine and process improvement

Coordinate projects

Support Visa process

Manage and update information on intranet

Possibly fill-in for reception/switchboard

Misc.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone structured, well-organized, detail-oriented with an administrational backround and preferably also with some kind of experience within HR.

Office programs shall be well known, and above basic general computer knowledge.

Fluent in Chinese and English is mandatory, Swedish is a “nice-to-have”. He/she needs to understand the Chinese and the western side of things, understanding the cultures and where there might be differences.

A person that follows through on things and who’s service minded. Could be for example a former Executive Assistant who wants to explore the HR area, a translator who wish to do more various administrational tasks or an HR administrator.

Software & IT skills

Standard Employee accesses and software, adobe sign, SuccessFactor, SAP

Start day: ASAP
Extent: Full time starting with a six month probation period
