About the position
On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for an Administrative Coordinator. The company is a world-leading supplier of transport solutions and together with partners and customers, they are driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The office is located in Södertälje. Business trips to China may occur.
Your daily tasks
You will be working in an international team in close collaboration with the head assistants and management team. More specifically your responsibilities include:
Help and assist the developing organization with a rich variation of tasks.
Support head assistants with administrative tasks such as planning and booking activities, organizing documents and information of routines, processes, organization, visitors etc.
Handle some system and office administration.
Handling of calendars for management.
Join development management in various meetings and workshop, and will support these events by bookings, information sharing and administrative tasks.
Your characteristics
To succeed in this role, we believe you have good interpersonal and networking skills. You are a strong communicator, and you deliver information effectively. We also think you have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work proactively and with parallel tasks. Lastly, we see that you have an attention to details!

Qualifications:
2 years of work experience from administrative roles
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Meriting
Administration related diplomas and courses are meriting
Communication skills in Swedish
Communication skills in Mandarin
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-01-31. Start 2023-02-01.
