Administrative Leader/ Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of an Administrative Leader/ Manager with a professional background and focus with a focus on administrative management, where the aim is to assist the IT Manager and product owners in leading operations to ensure that some of the customer's most critical applications proceed efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should make sure to ensure the everyday production activities of the management entity are secure.
Ensure that incidents, problems, and changes connected to the management item are managed effectively.
Incorporate the management item into project delivery as necessary.
Participate in the management object's planning activities.
Collaboration with other management objects, as well as their stakeholders.
Management of authorizations would also be an objective.


Education, Expertise, and Experience Requirements:
It is required that the applicant must have a working experience in an outsourced environment.
Knowledge of the processes is a big plus if you've worked in the insurance industry before. ITIL defines an incident, a problem, and a change.
Understanding of the PM3 management model.
Working knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.


Other:
It is required that the applicant is well-organized, have strong analytical skills, and an excellent grasp of complex processes and connections.
The person should both communicate in an educational and clear manner, in Swedish & English.
A self-starter who reports to the IT Manager and works autonomously.
Excel at collaborating with others, both within the company and with other administrations and vendors.
You are proactive in your decision-making and prioritize what is most important right now.
The candidate should be conscientious, responsible, unpretentious, and resourceful.

Language Requirements: Mastery of the English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
