Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, support project management, and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing operational excellence. Applicants should have prior experience managing similar administrative functions in India and Africa, reflecting our company's global reach and commitment to diverse markets. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English is essential to effectively communicate with our teams and partners in these regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate administrative support services across the organization, including office management, document control, and procurement.
Support project teams with scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems to improve efficiency.
Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients, handling correspondence and queries.
Prepare and manage operational budgets and expenses.
Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Utilize experience in India and Africa to inform operational strategies and adapt processes to meet the diverse needs of our international projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or similar role, with specific experience in India and Africa.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and English.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred.
