Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Manager who is experienced in leading management assignments with web services and leading agile teams.

What you'll do:
● Communication and marketing skills to act as the contact point between internal team members and clients.
● Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans.
● Meet requirements in accordance with the accessibility directive and distribute assignments within the group.
● Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
● Ability to interpret the business IT IDT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions.
Who you are:
● 3+ years of experience in management of websites including system management in the role of management leader or system administrator.
● Experience from previous projects/assignments including leading and running management and development work in close collaboration with suppliers and editors.
● Good knowledge of developing management plans for websites and in continuously following and updating management and operating agreements.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Experience of budget work including both project budget and administrative budget from at least two projects/assignments.
