Are you a person that likes to be the "spider in the net"? Are you passionate about providing excellent support and operate at different levels and could both dig in to details and also take the helicopter perspective? This is an assignment that starts with a consultant employment through us at Jefferson Wells but the goal is that you after a while will be hired directly to Plasman in Arendal, Gothenburg.
About the assignment at Plasman
We are looking for a person that will taking care of "things that just should work". This could mean everything from contacting the supplier for our coffee vending machines when they are not working to co-ordinate and compiling material that should be presented for our Headquarter.
Your main tasks will be:
* Responsible for our working clothes - contacts with supplier and employees
* Support with HR-administration - Headcount report, Absentism etc and changes in the Timekeeping system.
* Take out different HR-reports upon request (knowledge on how to exctract needed data from system + create presentable data (Pivot-table)
* Support managers updating weekly and monthly KPI's and other relevant administrative tasks
* Update and follow up new or changed document in our Management System.
* Support management team with follow up on actions, preparation for mgmt. meetings and take responsibility to co-ordinate and compile larger presentations, mainly in Power Point.
* Responsible for reception area and other "public office areas".
* Responsible for updating our Intranet, TV-Screens and internal communication letter
* Handling internal activities like Town Hall meetings and similar.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in the role you are a person that are self-driven and solution-oriented. You are hands-on and service-minded by nature and operate with a proactive can-do attitude.
* Approximately 3-5 years of experience from an administrative assistant role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
* Experience from supporting a management team - preparing material and follow up.
* Strong coordinating skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Very good skills using different types of systems. Excellent in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience from HR-administration
* Good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Have the ability to form information into written communication both in Swedish and English.
