About the position
We are looking for an Administrative Officer for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is based at the client’s office just north of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As an Administrative Officer, you'll support administration by performing regular quality checks, resolving data issues, and assisting users with day-to-day support. You'll participate in daily stand-up meetings, produce reports for management, and contribute to training sessions and user manual updates. In work programme planning, you'll help organize and follow up on planning meetings, ensure the timely preparation of Single Programming Documents (SPD), and coordinate with units to gather inputs. You'll also support internal communications, including preparing news items and managing information pages.

Qualifications:
Work experience of at least 3 years in the fields related to business administration and data management
Excellent data analysis skills
Very good MS office skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

Meritorious
Experience in financial data management



Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment until 2024-12-31. Start as soon as possible.
