We are a team of 10 skilled experts who handles a spread of administrative tasks in our everyday work. With our combined high competence and experience we handle End-to-End Flow activities for some of our largest customer deliveries in both Tailormade PBX and Omni channel & Contact Center areas. These tasks span from contract handling, purchasing, order handling, billing, financial follow-up, projects, processes, and investigations as well as plain support. Currently we are all located in different cities in Sweden.

As one of our colleagues are leaving the team on a temporary assignment for 8 months, we are now looking for our next star to fill out these shoes as one of our highly appreciated and valuable Administrative Specialists in the team.
This is a temporary assignment until November 18th with the possibility for permanent recruitment.
You will be working primary with contract handling for PBX/Tailormade customers and vendors, purchasing activities, validation of invoices and financial estimates/forecast as well as supporting our other experts in the team on demand and when applicable.
Is this You?
You will be able to utilize both your contract handling skills as well as your ability to handle specific large customer cases (SPOC) on daily basis. We mainly operate on behalf of our internal stakeholders such as Customer Contract -and Project Managers as well as Specialist Sales & Pre-Sales units.

Positive attitude and flexible mindset

Your experience
University degree in relevant area or relevant work experience
Previous experience from contract management and purchasing area
Financial follow-up of invoices in large business systems such as SAP or equal
Comfortable in being the No.1 contact person towards large customers and vendors
Able to work freely with own motivation to deliver in everyday work
Used to work towards set deadlines and expectations
Flexible to adjust worktime in cooperation with our stakeholders and customers need
