Job Assignment[ 1.Administrative work necessary to maintain all aspects of the integrated business transformation portfolio plan[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ - BT Coaches will send instruction on project plan changes that have to be made in a simple MS project plan[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ - From the project plan Excel pivot tables and reports have to be changed[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ - Many Powerpoint views have to be created for distribution from the Excel reports[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[[ - We have standardised procedures documenting how to do this work.2.We have many process documentation templates in powerpoint and ms word that need to be standardised to new language and visual templates 3.We need to first build and then maintain an Orbis (Intranet) contact list for all process managers globally 4.We have an Orbis and Community cleanup in progress that needs all of the Orbis uploading, renaming and reorganising and finally testing from the Orbis main view (working links) 5.We need someone who can work with communication templates of vari-ous types and populate them with relevant information communicated from the BTO Network coordinator.The temp would prepare the communication based on the template, populate it with the relevant distribution, submit for review by the responsible individual and then take care of distribution.6.We need basic preparation for global process reviews (following up on global process drivers to make sure they are preparing to the timeline, using the right templates, collecting the data from them and summarising it for presentation) 7.Manual review of process maps in an online web tool in order to document all global process roles in swimlanes and all process interfaces.The results will have to be summarized in an optimal way in Excel.8.Other office work as assigned by a member of the PMM team Education/Experience We[need[a person with a university degree and[advanced MS Office skills.You should have excellent communication skills (in English).[Other characteristics you should show proficiency in is an analytical mind, dynamic personality and great flexibility.The position will be filled promptly so do send your[resume and personal letter in english as soon as possible.We look forward to reading it!
