The assignment will last until 30/06[2010 and is a great oppertunity to work within an international company and develop yourself![ Administrative work necessary to maintain all aspects of the integrated business transformation portfolio plan * Ensuring all supporting documentation for the various Councils, Forums and Meetings are up to date * Taking input from BT Coaches and updating fact base, BT Portfolio, BT Flashes and the overall BT Project plan contained in Microsoft Project * Compiling targeted reports in Excel and PowerPoint to be sent to business stakeholders Administrate the Global Management System (GMS): * Acting as a gatekeeper to maintain publishing standards * Transforming process documentation templates in PowerPoint and Word into standard documents on the GMS * Publishing actual changes to the system and participating in efforts to improve the system Maintain content of the Global Process Office on[the Intranet (ORBIS); * Ensure it is up-to-date and clearly designed using content provided by colleagues * Maintain all Process Management information such as contact list for everyone with process roles worldwide * Organize and cleanse existing content and links on ORBIS and our cRooms Assist in communication with the Business Transformation Officer (BTO) Network: * In addition to the specific BT portfolio information, assists in follow-up of actions mandated by the Global Process Office to the BTO Network Preparation of supporting documentation for Process Reviews; * Collecting and consolidating results in standard templates * Preparation of standard presentation material in PowerPoint Other office work as assigned by a member of the PMM team We need a person with a university degree and advanced MS Office[ and MS Project skills.You should have excellent communication skills (in English).Other characteristics you should show proficiency in is; an analytical mind, dynamic personality and great flexibility.You are a firm beliver in[high quality,[meticulous and[able to work independently.The position will be filled promptly so do send your resume and personal[letter in english as soon as possible.We look forward to reading it!
