What awaits you?
Within this position you are responsible to support your colleagues and BMW Motorrad partners in different administrative tasks. At Motorrad we are like a big family with a great passion for motorcycles and we like you to join our team!
• Support the dealerships in the Nordic markets with daily questions about logistics, orders or products
• Administrative support towards colleagues
• Handling invoices regarding new motorcycles
• Administration of sales support claims
• Update and maintain product information, update prices and pricelists
• Registration of approvals and communication towards authorities, e.g. Trafikverket in Sweden
What should you bring along?
• You have minimum of one year experience of administrative tasks
• You have great administrative and communicative skills
• Attention to detail with a passion to give support and service
• Experience of working in different systems and you are familiar with MS Office and experience from SAP is beneficial
• Swedish and English language skills

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts.
The position is full-time, starting immediately. In this position you will be employed as a consultant with Jurek and the assignment will continue until at least December 2022 with possibility of extension.
