We are looking for an Administrator to Tech Talent Acquisition Team
This is an exciting time! New consumer behaviors and rapid tech development will continue to transform how and when people shop. Our client group is continuing to integrate the physical stores with the online platforms. We want to release the power of people, data and technology.
We are now looking for an Administrator to our Tech Talent Acquisition team. In this assignment you will work as a central part of the TA team with all kinds of support and administration connected to Talent Acquisition. You will also work with the onboarding process to give the best possible onboarding experience for employees and consultants. You will support the recruiters and managers in the daily work with different administrative tasks and give the candidates the best possible candidate experience.
Tasks
Handle administration connected to employment and onboarding
Handle consultant administration
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Assist with scheduling candidate and consultant interviews, reserve rooms, book travels, and any other logistics when needed, to ensure our candidates have the best possible experience
Handle international recruitment administration/coordination
Ensure that all new colleagues have a first onboarding plan and get an excellent onboarding experience
Update and maintain information on Sharepoint related to Staff Responsibility, Pre/On-and Offboarding

We see that you are self-driven, structured, and used to handle many tasks at the same time. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service-minded and business minded. You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc.
The persons we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
Excellent administration and coordination skills
Great skills in Office365 for example Sway, Forms and some SharePoint administration
Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives
Communicate professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Well organized with a structured way of working
Good communication skills in English both in speech and writing
