We are looking for an Administrator for a company within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.


Main Tasks:
Responsible for different flows such as Order to Delivery including preparing dealers for handover of car, creating work orders, activating contracts, handling tickets and fines, return of car, logistics, monitor environmental bonuses. Etcetera for both Norwegian and Swedish market. You will be responsible for communication with all parties in the various processes (i.e. frontline staff, dealer, technical support, fleet management and finance). You will be the contact person for company retailers in Norway and Sweden and develop business with fleet dealers, in order to increase their satisfaction and their ability to deliver our clients subscription cars to the consumers. Furthermore, you will continuously and actively identify, propose and drive activities to further improve quality and efficiency in our processes.


Description:
* Handle “Order to Delivery”
* Handle tickets and fines
* Handle invoices and contact with finance team
* Handle insurance cases
* Handle return of cars and logistics
* Monitor related mailboxes, dashboards and physical mail
* Incoming and outgoing calls to/from dealers, suppliers, and authorities

• Administrative skills
• Genuine interest in providing professional service both internal and external and delivering on time
• Strong collaboration skills and a flexible team player
• Problem solving skills and being able to see improvement possibilities in our clients processes
• Fast learner and ability to manage several systems and navigate easily within them.
• Result driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English


Meritorious:
• Oral and written communication skills in Norwegian is a merit
• Knowledge in company systems such as Tacdis, Vista etcetera is a merit
• Interest in cars and car industry is a merit

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Gothenburg. The assignment will run initially until end of the year with a possibility for extension after that. Start is ASAP.
