Administrator
Ascade is a Swedish subsidiary of the US company CSG, a provider of software and services in the digital age. We offer a market-leading quality testing solution for international phone calls, used by mobile operators worldwide.
We are looking for a versatile person with excellent administrative skills and who likes working with people. You will join a motivated team of four persons which is responsible for a test network which makes the test calls possible. The person who fits for this role is probably one who can see the big picture, enjoys working independently with many tasks of various kinds, and in interaction with other people all over the world.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervision of the test network with responsibility for a region
Partner management, such as payments, finding new partners, setting up contracts, sending equipment, and maintain good relations
Project deliveries
Customer support

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work with administrative tasks in a technical environment, and mix routine work with assignments and own initiatives
Willingness to learn about technical applications, such as mobile phones, computers, and Internet
Ability to work within defined objectives
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school degree or higher
Relevant experience may be customer support and analysis work
Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
