We are looking for an Administrator to Motion Service Motors & Generators in Luleå. In this role you will work with order processing and invoicing of workshop and contract orders.
You will be part of a team of nine skilled Administrators who are working in different locations. The role involves close collaboration with the Technical and Workshop Manager, Planners, Service Engineers and Contract Managers.

This position reports to Support Services Manager.
Your responsibilities
Registration of orders
Order inventory reviews and forecasting
Compilation of invoicing documents
Handling orders both on current account and fixed price
Invoicing
Accounting assignments
Follow-up of accounts receivable
Supplier invoices

Your background
Degree in Economics, alternatively equivalent knowledge gained through other education and work experience
Self-driven, flexible and social person with a desire to develop
Used to working independently and taking own initiative
Good cooperation skills and positive approach to change
Ability to prioritize the tasks and a strong sense of order
A collaborative, solution-focused approach
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, QV, Teams)
