Administrator at Vattenfall Group Treasury

Vattenfall Group Treasury is looking for the right person to fill the position as Administrator. You will belong to the administrative team at Group Treasury (within Staff Functions Group Finance & Treasury). The Vattenfall Group is organized internationally, but you will belong to a small and skilled team all located within the Group Treasury department in Solna, Sweden.


The Administrator is responsible for processing of all financial transactions at Group Treasury, internal as well as external. You will have extensive internal and external contacts with our counterparts and Administration acts as the single point of contact for administrative issues.


Key responsibilities and mandate

Group Treasury is responsible for securing long term funding, managing excess liquidity and hedge FX exposure for the Group. It also acts as the in house bank towards our internal counterparts. As an Administrator your responsibility is to secure that Vattenfall fulfills its obligations, that all transactions are matched, settled and paid on time. Beside processing transactions Administration also is responsible for short term liquidity forecasting, margin calls management, statutory statistic reporting. Administration is also involved in testing of our Treasury System in connection with system upgrades.


Your profile and personal skills

The successful candidate is communicative, enthusiastic, well-structured, trustworthy and a true team player. Experience of administration at banks or a corporate treasury is an advantage. Our team is skilled and dedicated but also small. We all work together as a team and share all the tasks that has to be done.


• Bachelor or similar experience work experience in a relevant field (financial)
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.
