The client is looking for an order administrator. Your role will be supporting the order project leader team, who has the responsibility in leading engineering orders. You will work close with the team and support in a proactive way. This assignment is long-term, where you have the possibility to evolve and grow in your career.
Job assignments:
- Issue shipping instructions
- Assistance with cost follow up of project orders
- Help Order Project Leaders with planning for finances and cost follow up
- Issue and follow up purchase orders
- Administrative tasks
Required skills:
- SAP or similar business system.
- MS Office, Outlook and Excel
- Expertise in cost analysis and control
- Fluent both in written and spoken English

- Service minded and adaptable
- Initiator with a systematic approach
- Self-propelled and structural
- Good teamplayer
- Has an eye for details
