We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Administrator to Key Client Management, Nordic Sales.The ideal candidate possesses previous experience in back-office / administrative functions but also knows how to communicate with external clients.You must be analytical and enjoy problem solving in a changing and sometimes hectic environment.This position requires fluency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.High school education is a minimum demand; a university degree will be seen as an advantage.Experience within the forwarding and logistics business is not a requirement.The following characteristics further outline the preferred qualifications: - Structured with a focus on details - High stress level - Service minded - Good computer knowledge - Good team player Your main duties will be: - Updating systems - Compilation of information and statistics - Information distribution - Prepare presentations - Assist sales staff with various duties The position is temporary for six months.
