You are offered an important part of a close-knit team with stimulating responsibilities. In this role, in addition to collaborating within SCM, you work closely with the Technology & Quality department as well as supporting the order management process from the request stage until the material is in the hands of the customer. We operate in a global market, and in Back-Office you will represent Outokumpu Degerfors in communication with sales companies all around the world.

What the job entails
This is a very flexible role in which you share responsibilities with your colleagues in the back-office team. Together, you will interact with multiple departments as well as external suppliers. This provides great opportunity to expand your ability to give service, cooperate with people in many different positions and levels, as well as communicate internationally. This role includes:
Continuous monitoring of order status and acting on deviations
Customer order management and reporting
Communication between departments and customers
Evaluating and documenting deviations in production processes
Support in creation of blueprints for production resources

Relevant education in logistics, industrial economy, supply chain management or equivalent
Previous experience in relevant fields such as the steel industry, commerce, or administration is meriting
You appreciate high speed and always strive to improve
Confident IT user, and good skills in MS Office, SAP, and CAD is preferable
Fluency in Swedish and English (Verbal & written) is required
