RINA Sweden is seeking for a highly motivated Full – time Administrative and Back office colleague for RINA Sweden and Norway offices. The position will be based In RINA Sweden office in Stockholm.
Main tasks for RINA Sweden and Norway offices:
- Managing of incoming/outcoming phone calls and emails.
- Support team leader/station manager to plan and assign the work to surveyors in the field
- Assisting the office manager in preparation of quotations and other documents
- Invoicing
- Document / report filing
- Take care of all other office administrative tasks, such as purchase request / meeting arrangement / stationary etc
- Prepare salaries and bookkeeping material to consultants, such as Allowance / car journals / expenses / supplier invoices
- Reports to SSC/HO of holidays / supplier invoices / contracts etc
- Other office works assigned by team leader / station manager
- Experience of CRM and Share point is a plus
