Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Administrator who is experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and have good knowledge of accessibility adaptation of files in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

What you'll do:
● Communication and marketing skills to act as the contact point between internal team members and clients.
● Work with the agency's publications so that they look uniform, follow the organization's templates and style sheets based on the authority's graphic profile.
● Meet requirements in accordance with the accessibility directive and distribute assignments within the group.
● Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
● Budgeting, bookkeeping, and planning skills and knowledge of associated computer software.
Who you are:
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and following and managing styles.
● Well-organized, attentive to details, and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
● Have experience with InDesign, Photoshop Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Meritorious to have experience in document management preferably in SharePoint.
