Administratör till världsledande företag i Lund

We are looking for 2 assistant positions in Lund handling the below activities.
Assistants are expected to work in office minimum 50% of work time bit this can be increased to 100% depending on business needs. Start 20/6 and minimum 6months with ambition for takeover.

Handle and give support to BB Units leaders and unit members when it comes to various administrational tasks such as:

* Administration Handle purchase orders of good and services from partners including goods / service receive management
* Keep track of and follow up ordered and delivered goods and services, compare with budgets and identify any discrepancy
* Employees and students onboarding and off boarding, ie order, accesses, badges, equipment, update mail lists etc using various Ericsson system
* Coordinate, plan, execute part office movements
* Act as champion and support managers and employees to navigate in Ericsson administerial systems
* Know where to find instructions
* Take first look at problem and if not able to solve, know where user should raise tickets for support
* For some parts do the actual tasks
* Participate in event planning and execution
* Update Sharepoints

Personality and skills needed

We are looking for a person with excellent skills and experience in various supporting programs and has a coaching and mentoring personality. You should have great communications skills, be a team player and speaking English is a requirement. You should have an administrative vain, be flexible and service minded. You enjoy driving tasks/projects and finding issues to solve and routines to improve. The workload varies over time with having the ability to plan, organize and prioritize is important.

You should also have:

* Experience of supporting an international, multi-cultural environment
* Genuine interest in working with people
* Work experience with administrative tasks
* A good knowledge of IS/IT and Microsoft Office applications are preferred
* Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
* Good communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
Swedish is good to have but not required.
* SAP knowledge is preferred

Further, contribute to and coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area, act as expert for the administrative support systems whenever needed and authorize e.g. orders, invoices in line with authorization policies and routines. Support and inform about internal administrative processes, systems and tools. The tasks performed can be on an ad-hoc basis. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, meet business needs and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.
