Job Description
To our global customer within tech and electronics, we are now looking for a Administrator. Your main tasks will be supporting the Group Accounting (GA) team in the production of reports and annual reports for 2021, both Swedish and English versions. Checking comparative information, proofreading of both versions, counter-reading Swedish against English version, checking page numbers and other references, making sure the team is following the time plan. You will performing all updates of texts and numbers in the annual report based on input from GA team members, assuring updates are done and checked according to proofs received.

To fit for this role, we see that you have good communication skills, organized and structured in your way of working. You like being in a supportive role and working with electronics as products. We also see that you have come from a supportive role before, or worked a lot with administration and customer service.

Admission and Application
This is a full time position, 40h/week. Our customer would like the position to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until the end of February 2022, with possibility of extension.
