Job Description
We are looking for an Administrator to our global client’s Tech Talent Acquisition Team. In this assignment you will work as a central part of the TA team with all kinds of support and administration connected to Talent Acquisition. You will also work with the onboarding process to give the best possible onboarding experience for employees and consultants. You will support the recruiters and managers in the daily work with different administrative tasks and give the candidates the best possible candidate experience. Your tasks will be to handle administration connected to employment and onboarding, handle consultant administration, perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team, assist with scheduling candidate and consultant interviews, reserve rooms, book travels, and any other logistics when needed, to ensure that the candidates have the best possible experience, handle international recruitment administration/coordination, ensure that all new colleagues have a first onboarding plan and get an excellent onboarding experience and update and maintain information on Sharepoint related to Staff Responsibility, Pre/On-and Offboarding.

You contribute to the team with ideas and have a helpful positive attitude. The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc. You have excellent administration and coordination skills. You are self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take own initiatives. You communicate professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with the candidates. You are well organized with a structured way of working and has good communication skills.

Salary
As agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-03-08, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-08-31, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
