About the position
Perido is looking for an administrator with financial skills to our client, a well-known and major international company in the automobile industry. The office is placed just outside Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
Here you’ll be responsible for financial tasks for the Fleet & Dealer Relations Team as you work towards the Swedish and Norwegian market. You’ll communicate closely with relevant parties at the company and acts as a contact person for external parties. To be more specific, this is what the role will be about:
Handle Tickets and fines invoices
Create and follow up forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
Follow up KPI´s and presenting them in weekly meetings
First line contact with finance team
Handle tracking of environmental bonuses
Create reports in Salesforce upon request
Monitor and handle related mailboxes, dashboards and physical mail
Incoming and outbound calls to/from dealers, suppliers and authorities
Handle upcoming changes regarding our retailers organizational set up
Continuously and actively identify, propose and drive activities to further improve quality and efficiency in work processes.

Requirements
Experience as i.e financial assistant, accounting clerk or similar
Great computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious
Experience from car industry is a strong merit, i.e workshop, retailer, delivery department
Experience in Salesforce
Oral and written communication skills in Norwegian

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2022-08-31, thereafter possible extension. Start 2022-03-01.
