We seek an Administrator with interest in Finance for the Finance & Administration team at Purchasing Operations Area North Europe based in Älmhult, Sweden.
As an Administrator your job will be to provide excellent preconditions for business development and purchasing operations. We do this by always securing an efficient, effective, safe and compliant work environment.
The Administrator will:
-Support office administration in different tasks like e.g. office supply, co-worker administration, reception.
-Organize meetings, conferences and other gatherings.
-Review incoming invoices and secure correct book keeping.
-Work with key stakeholders in the wider business to ensure that all financial risks in business operations are controlled and mitigated, and improved where appropriate.
-Apply business and accounting knowledge to make sense of the transactions and challenge when necessary.
-Support Ad hoc finance projects.
-Assist with units forecasting and working with the business to explain deviations from monthly actual.
-Produce forecasts, interpret their meanings, understand the risks and relay this information in a professional way e.g. presentation or documentation.
-Document and audit operational processes and systems.
-Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by the business.
-Support the wider Finance & Administration Team with daily operations.
