Maersk Logistics Customer Service plays an important role as the contact point for our customers on a daily basis to deliver what our customers expect from us.Co-operation within the team and with other departments is vital as well as keeping a high level of quality in the tasks performed.We are currently looking for a total of 5 new team members on a temporary basis, two will be allocated in our office in Stockholm and three in Gothenburg.The job consists of supporting the customer service colleagues by working internally in our ERP System (SAP) with tasks mainly related to the creation of orders in the system, invoicing, handling of supplier invoices as well as identifying and correcting errors in the system data.The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: - Good IT skills (knowledge in SAP is a plus) - Good English skills - Previous administrative working-experience is an advantage We also expect You to: - Have the ambition to do a superior job as well as the ability to handle high volumes of work - Have the desire and ability to take responsibility for tasks assigned - Have an outstanding attention to details - Be comfortable with repetitive tasks - Be able to work independently and take own initiatives Startdate as soon as possible.The position is on temporary basis until the 30th of June 2008.The right person will have a good chance of continuing with the company after that date.You apply for this position by sending your application with attached CV and coverletter through the Job portal, www.maersk.com, latest on September 23rd.We do not accept applications via mail och e-mail.
