The British International School, Uppsala offers the broad, balanced British curriculum, delivering an “Internationally British” STEAM education in English to children aged 5 to 18.
The school is open for grades K through Grade 10 and will offer grades 11 and 12 in the subsequent years. The school is currently enroling for the academic year 2021-2022.
The school’s curriculum will also integrate technology, featuring hands-on project-based learning, innovative teaching methods, technology initiatives and worldwide partnerships with leading experts and organizations in technology-related research and practice.
We are currently seeking an Officer to be a crucial member of the Admissions and Marketing team with responsibility for the recruitment and admissions of students to the school.
Responsibilities you will hold as Admissions and Marketing Officer:
Act as first point of contact for prospective families providing a professional, efficient, and welcoming customer service.
Responsible for fielding, filtering, and effectively responding to enquiries, received via telephone, email (admissions mailbox), and in person.
Undertake regular and timely follow-up to all enquiries, visits, and applications to meet minimum response times.
Proactively, personalise responses to enquiries, sending information to prospective families, keeping them updated with regards to the status of their application.
Ensure enquires are processed efficiently into the CRM and all files are up to date.
Ensure all required documents are received from applicants.
Support Marketing activities.
Support any administrative duties as required.
Coordinate and project manage all communications, marketing, advertising, creative and promotional activities for British International school, Uppsala.
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and projects for existing and future programs.
Design, build, and maintain the School social media presence.
Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
