The Digital Workplace Change Management product, within Corporate Digital, is responsible for change management activities to support users to adopt and use changes in their digital workplace. We want to support our users in increasing their digital maturity and ability to leverage existing and new digital workplace tools and technologies.
The product team consists of people with different background and experience but with a common mission to ensure that the user is in focus when implementing changes in the digital workplace.
We are now looking to strengthen our team within the area of user adoption and training.
Responsibilities
Providing support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities with the user in focus.
Identify, develop, and implement the required training methodologies, and processes for training delivery to users of the digital workplace
Partner with internal stakeholders regarding training needs and training methodologies
Measure training effectiveness to support and drive continuous improvements.
Develop and implement change management plans and tactics.
Previous experience
Experience in area of design and delivery of training strategy, infrastructure and technology, content for all platforms
Knowledge around new competence development trends, digitalization, instructional design, and new suitable technology of training like gamification.
Experience of delivering training activities within the area of the digital workplace (mainly Microsoft platform)
You are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
On a personal level
You are analytical and self-driven person with inspirational and motivating appearance.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable speaking in larger gatherings and take the lead for training-related topics.
You have experience of an agile way of working and always keep the user experience as your top priority.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and can explain complex matters in an easy and understandable way.
You have good capability to engage with different stakeholders.
You can visualize gathered information in a structured way and have excellent attention to details.
You are eager to constantly learn and develop.
