Job Summary:
We are looking for an open mind and self-driven DevOps Engineer joining a dynamic and innovative high performing ADP Cloud Native Development Environment team. If you’re passionate about scalability, reliability, automation, uptime and availability, building and maintaining mission-critical infrastructure and tools as a platform that enables developers to use the cloud more effectively, and would like to be involved in the open-source community, and love working with and developing the latest technologies, then we’re eager to talk to you.
 
Our task is to secure a compelling Cloud Native development environment for BDGS R&D, our team in Kista has focus on Developing, setting up and operating full stack distributed telco cloud infrastructure targeting for cloud native IoT and 5G applications. Primarily for the ADP Framework and BDGS Products.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design, test, operate high quality failure resistant cloud native development environment
Automate and build best-in-class continuous integration, continuous deployment pipeline
Network, scaling, performance tuning and trouble shooting
Create meaningful monitoring, logging, alerting, and responses to issues proactively
Work with Ericsson developers globally in an inner-sourcing mode

 
Minimum Requirements
Team player, ability to work independently, open mind and self-drive
Continues learning habit and thirsty with open source technology and reading open source code
Passionate about seamless uptime and infrastructure resiliency to failure
Delight in adapt/building tools to automate routine tasks
Constantly seek new ways to improve system performance
Good written and verbal communication skills

 
Technical Qualifications
Experience in Cloud
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and automation skills.
Experience with Linux system administration and network administration.
Metrics and monitoring – integrating/adapting open source tools.
Familiar with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Deployment tooling.
Experience with open source and proprietary cloud and virtualization technologies.
Experience with Go, JavaScript, Python, and bash scripts
Experience with Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ELK, Redis, Ansible, GitHu
Experience with Linux: RedHat, CentOS, or Ubuntu
