You are passionate about the possibilities of data and its value for business and appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning data analytics trends into practice. What’s more, you are able to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical and business audience in clear and concise language.
During your progressive and diverse career in data science and/or analytics, you have equipped yourself with deep understanding of the application of advanced analytics and data analytics. You know how to work with large volumes of digital data (structured and unstructured, internal and external), utilizing mathematical modelling, optimization models and what-if simulations, in addressing and answering business questions.
You are motivated by solving complex tasks and translating them into simple solutions, seeing the big picture, structuring information, creating concepts, frameworks and passionate about leading and coaching people, guiding others and creating a team in order to achieve one purpose for common success. Additionally, you have:
· Knowledge of machine learning and other developments in the fast-moving data technology landscape.
· Experience in agile ways of working, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross functional teams.
· Knowledge and understanding of KPI's used for success measures for own function and business.
· Ability to work with large amounts of raw data and different techniques and applications to drive insights from data.
· Proven advanced training in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
· Experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As an Advanced Analytics Manager at Ingka Centres you will globally drive the value creation from data and predictive analytics and the delivery of these solutions, to inform and support Ingka Centre’s customer strategy and tactics, enabling stakeholders in Management, Marketing, Concept, Digital Experience, Sustainability, and Expansion & Development, and Meeting Places.
You will be responsible for the early proof of concepts of advanced analytics solutions, including pilots, scale up and industrialization and proactively contribute to global strategy & design discussions to ensure the right data analytics is implemented to meet the requirements from Meeting Places and Domains both short- and long term.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for setting the roadmap to ensure the right analytical and visualization techniques are in place to create a deep understanding of the business drivers and to deliver insights to the business stakeholders and support them to make better decisions. Leading the global development, delivery and measurement of customer, community and partner insights by conducting exploratory quantitative data analysis using data and tools provided from partners in Business Solutions to develop key, actionable, insights.
Amongst other things you will:
· Apply strong written and verbal communication skills in storytelling, supported by visualization of data, focused on other stakeholders both in data science and business.
· Drive consistency in practice, process and toolsets across the Domains and Meeting Places, promoting best practice in and continually benchmarking against industry standards.
· Work across initiatives within INGKA Group, steering towards data-driven solutions.
· Lead, coach and develop members of the Advanced Analytics team in their daily operations, role modelling the culture and values of our organization.
In this role you will report to our Digital Product & Analytics Manager. This role is placed either Malmö (Sweden), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland).
