Do you have a background within Autonomous Vehicles and Product Safety with knowledge in Mechanical hardware´s, Electrical hardware´s and software impact on total safety? Modis is currently looking for Active Safety Engineers to expand our consultant group. You will be the expert who support our clients in different cases. Are you right for the job?

About the role
Modis are seeking professionals who can contribute to our efforts with experience in the development of sensors, ECUs, models and software. This position is focused on the system engineering, system interfaces and testing of the Active safety and Driver assistance features, implemented through feature models, and integrated into a central Electronics Control Unit which interfaces to multiple radars and cameras. It could also involve other elements of the process because we are seeking to add high quality people to the team rather than trying to squeeze engineers into a specific role.

About you
We are looking for a person with a relevant education and/or equivalent experience. You have previous experience from the automotive field and from similar roles. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge and skills in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications:
- M.Sc, in Signal Processing, Software, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent background
- 4+ years´ experience in the Automotive Industry.
- ISO 26262
- Experience with Automotive Sensors (cameras, radars, lidars, IMU, GNSS).
- Experience with Data Collection and Data Management tools
- Exp with ADAS function testing and ADAS performance
- Living in Sweden with valid working permit
