As IRB adviser, you will be working in a small team supporting the recruiting managers worldwide in different aspects of international mobility.Your main point of contact will be the Divisional Human Resources Managers located all over the world. In this position, your mission will be to advice and support the recruiting managers and the Divisional HR managers in different domains related to the employment of international mobile employees and to ensure the recruitment / employment is made in line with the Group's policy intentions. Educational/ experience requirements University degree within psychology, human resources, law or similar.Good command of English (both spoken & written) is a must.Good computer skills with primary focus on Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and databases. The successful candidate has experience in International mobility and has worked in an international environment.He/she will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills both spoken and written, is service minded and has the ability to build good relationships both internally and internationally.
