We are in a dynamic period of renewal, where we are implementing IM's new strategy and international programs. We strive to work de-colonized and to become a zero-flight organisation so we are facing exciting challenges that require innovative solutions to our processes.
Do you want to play a significant role in development work at a global level? In IM’s Support team we offer you an opportunity to be part of a committed team that provides strategic support to IM’s internatonal offices. Your work will be central to analyzing results, promoting internal learning and ensuring compliance of our agreements. You will also contribute to IM's resource mobilization for diversified funding, a key factor for our continued success and development.
Is this you?
- You are responsible, structured and have great collaborative skills.
- You have an academic degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- You have extensive experience in international development cooperation.
- You have solid experience of working with institutional donors such as Sida, Danida or EU and you have worked with developing applications, result analyses, report writing and agreement compliance.
- You have experience in project management, method and process development.
- You have skills in English corresponding to CEFR C1 level and in Swedish corresponding to CEFR B1 level and it is an advantage to have knowledge in Spanish or Arabic.
Ideally, a successful candidate will also have:
- Experience of different forms of financing such as core support, program support or project support.
- Experience of working with different types of partners within civil society, such as informal actors, activists, newly established organisations or established organisations.
- Experience of working with complexity management and organisational development.

Other information
You can choose remote work, or work from our office in Lund, Sweden.
Length of contract: The employment is a full-time temporary position during parental leave, for about 1 year.
