We are now looking for our next Advisor to Head of BTEB/Strategy Manager.
In Business Area Technologies and New Businesses (BTEB) our mission is to create and accelerate new sustainable businesses, venturing well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson’s core business. Leveraging growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data and network insights, and security automation, we build enterprise and customer value.
In the dual role of Advisor to Head of BTEB & Strategy Manager, you will be unique - combining the role of Advisor to SVP and Head of BTEB (approx. 50%) and working on a broad range of strategic projects as Strategy Manager (50%).

You will
Have an outstanding opportunity to drive/participate in a wide range of strategic and organizational projects across the BA that will have immense impact on meeting the expectations of the organization of our goals!
Take ownership of top executive deliverables, such as Board of Directors and Executive team meeting preparation.
Provide a range of high-level executive project support which includes prepare briefings, coordinate communications and secure timely execution of business area deliverables to enable the achievement of the organizational strategic and operational objectives
Run a wide range of analytics related to strategic questions, financial analysis, change management and more for Head of BTEB and Head of BTEB Strategy & Portfolio
Be responsible for ensuring that our leadership team is maximizing their business and strategic impact in line with our priorities. Working with all LT members to be on top of cross-BA initiatives and key priorities and be a crucial interface for us across Ericsson by working closely with the CEO, CFO as well as other BA advisors.
Proactively challenge, bring new perspectives and contribute in Leadership Team meetings and taking part and supporting Head of BTEB and BTEB Leadership Team in setting key priorities and key meetings, planning of annual agenda, and improving our effectiveness.
To be successful in the role you must have
Deep understanding of our business and go-to-market, business models & portfolio so you can engage and contribute in discussion with top executives and stakeholders.
Structure and organization skills. Securing timely execution without impacting the quality
The ability to think and plan strategically
An understanding and command of business financials, be able to conduct and understand relevant financial analysis
Uncompromising integrity – able to deal with highly sensitive information in an unbiased manner, and without an own agenda.
Confidence to speak up and be comfortable with challenging conclusions in a fact-based way
High proficiency in English, both in writing and synthesis, and excellent and effective communication and presenter skills
University degree in Business or Engineering
