We are looking for a Business Controller with a forward looking approach, constantly eager to understand the development and drivers of the business.


We are looking for someone who has a natural capacity to strive for improvement and enhance transparency through data and reporting. The role will be key, in maintaining a strong steering and control, contribute to an improved forecasting and hence the role will be a positive force towards a result-, and action-oriented organization.
In your role as Business Controller you will support the CFO and management team in commercial and strategic decisions by producing thorough analysis, qualitative reporting and communicate on trends and development.

Monthly analysis of financial results, sales and KPI performance towards the company’s strategic and financial goals
Execute on monthly closing and group reporting activities, both concrete reporting in the systems, and concluding analysis documented for different stake holders, always with the aim to communicate an accurate and comprehensive picture of the development of the business.
Forecasting and budgeting – you will play a key role compiling the budget based on trends, assumptions, information and plans available on both revenue and cost within the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining flexible budgeting models and to assure strong follow up on performance during the financial year.
Adhoc analysis, business cases and assessment of new business opportunities
Trending, modelling, and scenario planning will be part of ongoing development where the role will play a great part.



Profiledescription:
Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration
3-5 years’ work experience from Business Control
You have been working in the interphase of Business controlling and Financial controlling in the past
You speak both Swedish and English fluently
You have excellent skills in Office, in particular Excel



As a person you are a team player with strong ownership of performing and finalizing your tasks with good quality during sometimes tight deadlines. You have an interest in driving improvement and maintaining good control in the financial reporting. You are ambitious and analytical and as much as you like to assure accuracy and completeness in the data, you like to contribute to the organization through your findings. You like to work with large amounts of data, and you have strong focus on details. In order to enjoy the role, you have an ability to take initiative and strive for efficiency in tooling and processes. But above all, you like to work with a big picture approach when building your understanding in order to stay in control and contribute to a stable and healthy financial development for the company.
