Are you intrigued by being a part of a fast-moving tech company in a role with great development opportunities?
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the lead generation and development within your region. Together with Marketing and Sales, you will work strategically to qualify, develop and nurture leads for Halon. The ambition is for you to develop and advance to the role of Sales Manager, over time. Your principal tasks will include:
● Develop a solid understanding of Halon’s target market
● Map / segment potential Halon MTA customers, including decision makers and organization
● Together with Marketing, identify, develop and qualify leads within select target groups
● Together with Sales, approach prospects and present Halon’s proposition
● Relay market intelligence back to product marketing and R&D in order to tune go-to-market approach
● Over time, develop a deep understanding of the prospects business and potential needs and benefits, preparing for more senior roles within the organization
About you

Moreover, you are self sufficient but eager to learn - you don’t hesitate to ask the questions needed in order to advance your development & understanding quickly. ● Some earlier experience from sales and/or marketing
● The ability to communicate in English with ease
● Spreadsheet skills
The ideal candidate would also tick some of the following boxes:
● Experience from the IT domain
● Experience from a SaaS / software company
● A bachelor of science in marketing, business administration or similar degree
● Proficiency in several languages
