Our Company is a the leading Steam Engineering company

BDM is the key role in the OpCo to translate Northern European Strategy into clear 3 year local growth plans and manage its execution in Nordics with daily activity. This will require close collaborative working across organization especially with Country Sales Managers and Area Sales and Service Engineers.

The role will drive self-generated growth (commercial vitality) & ensure we launch innovations to market (product vitality).

Key Responsibilities:
Implement the 3 year growth plan while increasing commercial vitality
Implement the chosen Growth Programs to drive self-generated growth
Drive NPI in Nordics in conjunction with Northern Europe team
Support Service growth as part of GPP
Develop local journeys & action plans
Engage relevant resources from Region, Division & SBD to help OpCo execute the Growth plan
Develop and implement marketing calendar for Nordic territories (including social media and web platforms)
Development of our CRM platform in order to assist our strategy implementation
This role covers the Nordic region so travel is expected

Experience Required:
BD and/or Marketing in a technical/engineering environment and able to communicate with technical sales engineers effectively
Familiar with solution selling techniques in steam, with a solid understanding of steam technology
Sound experience of creation and translation of growth programmes
