Location: Stockholm

As anAffiliate Manager you willdrive the global strategy and set the future goals for our affiliate program. You will be a part of the Growth Team working closely with your colleagues to set a solid strategy. You will be responsible for the affiliate agency and making sure internal and external efforts are made to reach your KPIs.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical and creative skills. You also need to be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic workplace and organisation with high speed.In this role you will be a big part of painting the road map to success, so a visionary mindset combined with a hands on attitude is needed.

What you will need:

- Have 3+ years in affiliate management
- Experience in working with/in multi-disciplined teams across all business functions
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written format
- Experience working with affiliate networks
