The Opportunity
As one of the fastest growing insurtech in the world, we are not short of opportunities to partner with awesome businesses and brands. This is a great opportunity for you who wants to be part of building a strong partner distribution network for further growth of ManyPets in the Swedish market.
In this role you will help manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities and manage existing ones. From partnering with new affiliates to sourcing unique partnerships that can bring added value to our customers – no day will be the same and there is plenty of opportunity to make an impact. Your role will play an important part in building a partner- and affiliate network and you will be highly involved in the development of a Partnership and Distribution function.
This role will suit a deal-closer with digital platform or affiliate marketing background who is used to working in an entrepreneurial (and at times ambiguous) environment where change is constant - and flexibility is vital. We are a regulated business so you will need to be comfortable switching between ensuring a compliant environment, while moving at speed in partnership with the business.
Your Focus
Business development including outbound prospecting and qualification of inbound enquires.
Owning and driving the growth of our affiliate and partnership network.
Researching, qualifying and identifying target sectors and partners.
Onboarding of our new partners to the program, Including joint business planning and account management.
Overseeing the ongoing management and extension of partner relationships, delivering higher performance and financial benefit.
Being first point of contact for our partners for reporting, invoices, development, and commercial queries.
Working with the Senior Partnership Manager to progress joint opportunities, as needed.
Monitoring content, activations, program updates, information and correspondence
Collaborating and coordinating with internal teams across our global business including Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
Maintaining accurate records in the partnerships CRM and Partner Program Management tools.
Owning ad-hoc and regular reporting, following up as needed.

Commercially creative and understand the importance of scaling and growing a Partner network efficiently
You are tech-savvy and understand the nature of digital business models (e.g., marketplace businesses, affiliate marketing and digital platforms)
You take responsibility and can drive results independently and as part of a collaborative cross functional team.
You are a team player and willing to flex based on the greater good of the team and broader business.
What's Important
You'll have a successful track record within partnership development, business development or account management. Any previous experience within affiliate marketing would be an advantage.
You'll have experience of relationship management and you'll be used to working with stakeholders of all levels across a global business.
You are comfortable negotiating with senior audiences, both Internal and external.
You know the basics of project management - or have a desire to learn more.

Our physical offices are modern, bright and open - with plenty of treats and great facilities. We provide practical support coupled with best-In-breed kit for homeworking. Since the pandemic, we have been working remotely and as such we'll need you to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and at least 10 Mbps upload speed.
