Axo Group, a leading consumer loan broker with operations in all four Nordic markets, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team. As a key player in our marketing organization, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing new publishers to further drive our loan & credit card application volume.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates for our consumer loan campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new affiliate partners.
- Negotiate on different payment models to maximize volume and gross profit.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate volume and campaign performance.
- Utilize our affiliate platform and internal KPI reports to track and analyze affiliate performance.
- Cooperate with the central and local marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our programs remain competitive.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing management, including external partner management.
- Excellent people skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Danish or Finnish.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in using affiliate platform tools, preferably Tune.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating reports, presentations, and performing data analysis.
