You will lead our affiliate marketing in some key markets and play a critical role in driving our marketing strategy.

About the roleThe role is all about building and nurturing relationships with affiliates, partners, and influencers. Including negotiations, campaign optimisation, budget management, and reporting. You'll manage all our affiliate partnerships to ensure profitability and alliance with our brand identity.
A key focus will be identifying media partnerships and exploring new growth opportunities in B2C e-commerce.
Data analysis is crucial to assess partnerships, improve campaign performance, identify growth areas, and report key results to stakeholders. There will be a key collaboration with internal teams to ensure affiliate campaigns align with brand standards. As well as staying updated on trends to keep the company competitive in the B2C space.
Profile needed to succeed 2+ years’ hands-on experience of working in affiliate marketing with proven results, preferably in the B2C sector
Deep understanding of affiliate Marketing performance KPI’s. Ability to forecast, track performance, and make strategic changes as necessary to achieve targets.
Experience using affiliate tracking SaaS, and secondary tools such as BrandVerity, Similarweb/Ahrefs, and Visual Ping.
Strong sales/ negotiation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with affiliates, partners, and influencers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have Knowledge in SaaS, gaming, or any other subscription service industry.
Hands-on experience in Everflow and Commission junction affiliate platforms
Proficient in one or more of our other core languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German, Dutch, French, Spanish)
Experience with other digital marketing channels.
Familiarity in sourcing and managing relationships with influencers
