After Sales Manager to Enercon Sverige/Finland
Are you experienced in the renewable energy sector where customer satisfaction is not just an empty word for you? Would you love to be part of shaping the future of renewable energies? If so, then this is the role for you.
ENERCON is looking for an After Sales Manager based in Finland, who is experienced in driving projects with customer focus and who has strong communication skills. A technical or commercial degree is advantageous but not essential. Ideally, you will have a background in the field of renewable energies and are fluent in English.

Being an After Sales Manager
You will be the first contact for customer topics for wind projects in Finland.
The mission is to ensure that customers continue to choose ENERCON as the first choice partner for all operation and maintenance activities of their wind energy converters. As an After Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire After Sales portfolio. In this position, you will work proactively and participate in new sales negotiations together with the Sales Manager. The work also includes building up long-term customer relationships and sales of additional services.
You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the region of Central & Northern Europe (CNE) with focus on Finland
You conduct meetings with customers to ensure smooth operations
You take care of contract management in compliance with the specified deadlines and clauses
You conduct service contract negotiations for new and existing windfarm projects
You perform market and competitor analysis in collaboration with Global Business Development colleagues
You report to the Head of Aftersales COE Nordics & Eastern Europe
Your profile
Bachelor degree in technical or commercial field or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with office applications and SAP along with an aptitude for learning new software and IT systems
Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish language skills desired
Willingness to travel (25%)
