After-Sales Support Engineer
The After-sales Department
The After-sales department is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric bus fleets.
This is including, but not limited to, establishing and managing service networks around Sweden, providing technical support to our customers and service providers, supply chain and logistics management of spare parts, training to the customers, operators and service providers, and continuous feedback to QA, R&D teams internally for product improvement.


The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.

In this position, you will provide all-round after-sales support to our customers together with our service providers in Sweden. Maintain good relationship and reputation with customers, operators and service providers. Work with R&D, QA and production teams to improve our eBus products.
Key responsibilities
Technical support
Undertake and assist with after-sales operational issues (e.g. technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance);
Audit and provide feedback on technical documentation (e.g. Manuals, diagnostic diagrams etc.);
Take lead on delivering technical solutions for highly concerned topics;
Help the service provider to implement technical upgrades and service campaign;
Create FMEA/D-FMEA report, help to improve the products together with R&D, QA teams.

Service team management
Supervise the diagnostic tool, special tool and fast-mover parts at the service providers’ workshops;
Collaborate with service providers to deliver excellent service quality and capacity to our customers.

Customer relationship
Develop and maintain the customer relationship;
Schedule account & operational meetings with customers;
Handling customer’s demands and complaints.

Experience, skills and qualifications:
After-sales service/ technical service experience with electrical buses;
Mechanical, electrical or automotive engineering education background with solid mechanical and electrical systematic knowledge;
Excellent Chinese and English language skills, Swedish language skills will be an advantage;
Excellent communication skills and solutions-oriented mindset;
Team player with very good organizational skills;
Problem solver with hands on approach;
Open to travel on a frequent basis within the Sweden.
