After-sales Technical Support Engineer

Your tasks:
•Technical Support
Confirm customer maintenance and renovation needs, and provide technical solutions with the technical department
•Machining Workshop Management
Lead and manage production to meet or exceed operational goals in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity
•Incoming Quality Inspector
Reviews Nonconforming Materials, and takes appropriate actions (quarantine, review with production, engineering, purchasing, etc.).
•Warehouse Management
Ensure 100% accuracy of receiving Supplier stock in order to fulfill customer orders
What you bring with you:
•Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, automation, laser welding technology, dispensing technology, tightening technology and other engineering backgrounds
•More than 3 years working experience is preferred;
•Strong leadership / motivational skills.
•Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crisis.
•Ability to work in a team and an independent and quality-oriented working style
•Fluent knowledge of Chinese, German and English
