We are currently recruiting a After Sales Zone Manager to join our client´s team in Sweden West. Our client is a well known international company within the automotive business. The business is entrepreneurial, results driven and ambitious with a steadily improving market share.
The role's purpose is to maximize the After Sales business potential through coaching dealers in all aspects and to improve Network service levels, parts penetration and customer satisfaction. The After Sales Zone Manager will report to the Field Force Manager.
Your work assignments
Responsible for budget achievements in region (gross and net revenues)
Develop action plans for dealer sales and loyalty
Present and get commitment from dealers on yearly commercial policy and other commercial programs
Implementation national/Local marketing initiatives/campaigns
Operations Management: Workshop and Warehouse, monitor stock
Sales analysis
Ensuring dealers involvement in customer satisfaction programs
Monitor customer data transmission
Network development: Performance analysis, ensure compliance of minimum franchise standards
Support new appointed Dealers in their start-up phase
Warranty management. Circulate policies, manage escalated cases

Conduct regular visit and performance reviews with dealers and agree corrective actions where requireEnsure Dealer Principal, After sales Manager, Workshop Manager and Parts Manager involvement in all aftersales activity and critical issuesEnsure that all commercial and technical KPI data are used effectively in order to allow dealers to perform to the required level Make regular feedbacks to hierarchy on activities, forecasts, results, action plans and follow upBenchmark other brands dealerships and other competitors on best practices
