Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Aftermarket Program Manager to join our passionate team in Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The aftermarket program manager leads the overall projects and objectives for the Aftermarket function and collaborate on joint efforts with corresponding teams.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leads medium to large-sized programs to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility.
Establishes milestones, develops and owns program plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitors allocation of resources.
Reviews and presents plans and progress reports, monitors the presentation of value-stream strategy, progress, and results.
Drives strategic planning efforts and risk mitigation.
Leads continuous improvement including initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
Identifies and reacts to program problems and recommends solutions, such as allocation of resources and changing contractual specifications, and assists in resolution development for escalated problems.
Develops new business growth strategies.
Leads the responsibility of customer satisfaction both internal and external.
Directs all program phases from inception through completion.
Interfaces with customers for project specifications to ensure successful completion.
Manages the contract life cycle, cost, schedule and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
Establishes cost focused performance targets and directs work to achieve these targets.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications/education/experience
Master’s in engineering
Plus five years experiences as a program manager or relevant experience
Experience in successful large program management
Preferred experience within the renewable energy field
