Aftermarket Sales Manager

Väderstad keeps growing, and with increasing sales we also see a possibility to further strengthen our efforts within the Aftermarket area. The Aftermarket Sales Manager will have a key role in developing and improving our global Aftermarket business. This international role will be the link between Väderstad and our global partners (subsidiaries, importers and dealers).

This role includes having a global responsibility for supporting our Aftermarket sales. You´ll be the link between Väderstad, regional and local markets in order to provide the best conditions for the markets. We strive to develop and improve our Aftermarket sales. You will be a part of global Sales and Marketing, reporting to the Director Aftermarket.
Your day-to-day work
-Support and assist local Aftermarket organizations
- Be the link between local Aftermarkets and global Sales and Marketing
- Analyze and take actions from Parts sales KPI
- Drive and develop Aftermarket sales by initiate local sales activities and govern decided campaigns
- Continuously follow up on sales and profitability
- Ensure competence and training are performed according to set plan
- Identify and report opportunities and challenges to Aftermarket Director
We expect you to have/be
Extensive experience working with sales and/or aftermarket experience in the agricultural industry. In order to be successful in this role you also need to have experience developing and supporting regional aftermarket programs supporting dealerships. This role requires travelling, approximately 50% of the time, also globally. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
We see it as beneficial if you have an educational background within either Agriculture, Technical or Sales.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. You are self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to take initiative.
