We are now looking for an Aftermarket Sales Manager to further strengthen and develop our aftermarket sales activity within the Propeller segment. You will be a part of the Global Customer Support division located in Kristinehamn. In this position you will play an active role in our growth strategy by promoting our products and service offerings, as part of technical and commercial proposals, related to upgrades and modification solutions.
As Aftermarket Sales Manager you will work with all Kristinehamn products such as Fixed and Controllable Pitched Propellers, CanMan Control Systems and Waterjets including Overhaul & Repair. Your main focus is to drive and develop business opportunities, to turn an inquiry into an attractive offer and negotiate profitable contracts with our customers. You will work in an exciting international environment were travelling globally to meet our customers will be part of your job.

Qualifications and experience
To make this a perfect fit, we prefer that you have a bachelor’s degree from a relevant field such as engineering, sales, or business economy, but experience can compensate for formal education. Previous sales and negotiation experience is an advantage, but we are also looking for you who have a technical interest and aspire to work with sales. For this position, good communication skills in English, both spoken and written is crucial.
