Mission:
You will be responsible for ensuring development and safeguard of technical support for rollers within product company in Karlskrona as well as managing the Global coordination within Business Unit Compaction.
You coach the Service team in the PC’s and provide direct support for all eventual technical issues. You drive for corrective action as appropriate and you define the priority settings for our structured service actions. You aim for excellent customer support, and strong follow up on the warranty cost development.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure right organizational structure to support compaction aftermarket within Dynapac division.
· Safeguard competence in the Technical Support department by retaining talents as well as recruiting, coaching and training new candidates.
· Build and maintain a strong TCM and PQM process in PC Karlskrona and coordinate with all PC for divisional quality report for compaction products.
· Validate product warranty reporting and keep a close control on divisional quality cost of 1,5%.
· Issue and implement service bulletins to ensure implementation of technical changes in all CCs.
· Development of parts portfolio, improve commonality in Dynapac master data and create Spare Parts Proposal to guide stocking of parts at DCs as well as CCs.
· Contribute in improving customer satisfaction from Aftermarket with special focus on major customers and dealers.
· Provide active support to a learning organization and safeguard that all service engineers and Regional Aftermarket managers are on at least silver level.
· Work in close cooperation with Divisional Communication and Competence Development team for alignment of Aftermarket in their portfolio and activities.
· Make sure that Aftermarket takes an active part in the D&D process.
· Manage the aftermarket operations through greater use of processes and usage of new digitalization tools.
Experience requirements
· Result oriented professional with leadership experience and good technical knowledge of rollers.
· A good understanding of the customer & dealer operation as well as the road construction industry.
· Experience in hydraulics, electronic and mechanics is a major advantage.
· Experience in coordinating with key stakeholders.
· Knowledge of Aftermarket system is an asset.
Knowledge/Educational requirements
· A technical graduation, with experience in hydraulics and electronics.
· >5 years’ experience in rollers business
· Good knowledge of using IT systems
· Fluency in English a must, and additional language skill will be a plus to handle communication over diverse markets
